Instalando o Delphi 4 da revista PC Expert no Windows XP

 

A revista PC Expert nº 34 vem com o Delphi 4 Professional completo, mas além do instalador não estar na pasta do programa, a instalação normal no Windows XP não funciona.

Abaixo segue um workaround baseado nas opções padrão da instalação, apenas sem o Interbase. Basicamente, após executar o instalador, será necessário copiar arquivos do CD, editar o path do sistema, registrar uma DLL e editar o registro do Windows.

 

ATENÇÃO: depois de copiar os arquivos do CD, remova o atributo de somente leitura.

 

1.Execute a instalação do CD em INSTALL\SETUP.EXE
