Hi Supertascha,
Here's an FAQ entry I've updated to answer the jobs question: http://www.blueseed.co/faq.html#Americans
EB-5 is a program for getting green cards, but it requires large investments ($1M in Silicon Valley) and the creation of at least 10 jobs. Blueseed's offer is for foreign startups that haven't reached that stage. Here is an example of such startup, that raised $400,000 but was forced to leave the US: http://techcrunch.com/2011/12/20/sharing-scheduler-app-buffer-raises-400000-gets-kicked-out-of-us/. Another story, even more popular: http://abcnews.go.com/Business/Economy/visa-problem-prevents-entrepreneur-creating-american-jobs/story?id=14857757&autoStart=false#.TsSFTsOV1I8
Let me know if this answers your question, and I'd appreciate if you can answer a question of our own:
We want to make it very clear that we are NOT an outsourcing company; we don't hire IT workers. Rather, we bring entrepreneurs near Silicon Valley. The question is, what in our website created the impression that we did the former?
